  • 35 Golden Oreo cookies
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 quart strawberry ice cream (softened)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch square pan with foil or parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, pulse Golden Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Add freeze-dried strawberries and pulse until combined. Mix in melted butter until moistened.
  3. Firmly press half of the cookie mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Spread softened strawberry ice cream evenly over the crust and top with remaining cookie mixture.
  4. Cover and freeze for at least 2 hours until solid. Slice into bars and serve chilled.
