  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder (optional)
  • 2 to 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a 7×7 inch brownie pan with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the apples into chunks and add them to a blender with the eggs, cocoa powder, and optional baking powder. Blend until smooth.
  3. If desired, add maple syrup for sweetness and blend again.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly using a spatula.
  5. Bake for 20 to 27 minutes until firm but moist inside. Allow cooling completely before slicing.
