  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin

  • 1 cup Jasmine Rice (or basmati)
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 pieces Avocado (diced)
  • 1 small Red Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 pieces Lime Wedges (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken: In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, lime zest, minced garlic, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
