  • 7 oz (200 g) block of feta cheese
  • 5 oz (140 g) drained jarred roasted red peppers
  • 12 red chili peppers
  • 1 ½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red apple vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine feta cheese, roasted red peppers, olive oil, red apple vinegar, garlic, and one chili pepper. Blend until smooth.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust the heat by adding more chili if desired.
  3. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with extra feta cheese or parsley before serving.
