  • 23 tablespoons lemon juice or milk

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5 inch loaf pan by greasing and flouring it.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, combine granulated sugar, vegetable oil or melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
