  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon zest
  • 1 tsp Greek seasoning
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Trim fat from chicken breasts and make small slits for marinade absorption.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, Greek seasoning, poultry seasoning, oregano, and black pepper.
  3. Place chicken in a Ziploc bag and pour marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for about 12-16 minutes total until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Allow resting before slicing and serve.
