  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 cup cooked wild rice blend
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced red bell pepper
  • 1 cup sliced yellow bell pepper
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1 cup trimmed green beans
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, salt, and pepper for about 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the sauce by mixing together soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), rice vinegar, and water.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok; sauté the marinated chicken until fully cooked.
  4. In the same wok, sauté minced garlic and grated ginger before adding vegetables; cook until tender-crisp.
  5. Add cooked wild rice and sauce to the wok; toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
