  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup crumbled cotija cheese (optional)

Instructions
