1 cup fresh basil leaves (loosely packed)
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons pine nuts
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
Prepare the zucchini by squeezing out excess liquid using a kitchen towel.
