  • Blue food coloring

Instructions

  2. In one bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and salt until combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients; stir gently until just mixed.
  5. Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full and let sit for 10 minutes before baking.
  6. Bake for 12-13 minutes until edges are set; cool on a wire rack.
  7. While cooling, divide frosting into three bowls; color one red, another blue.
