  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk or cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream cheese filling by blending softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. For the cookie dough, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla.
