  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 2 large Egg Whites
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and coconut sugar until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, and melted coconut oil until smooth.

  6. Form small balls of dough on a lined baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.
