  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup soy sauce or teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 fresh pineapple (sliced into rings)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce or teriyaki sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  2. Place the chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
