Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 12 oz Andouille sausage, sliced into thick coins
  • 1 lb petite potatoes (red or gold)
  • 2 ears of corn, cut into 1.5-inch rounds
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Tony’s Supreme Crab Boil seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Parboil the potatoes in salted water for 12-15 minutes until fork-tender. Add corn pieces for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  2. Drain vegetables and let them cool.
  3. Assemble skewers by threading shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn onto each skewer. Brush with oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
  4. Prepare the garlic butter by melting unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat; stir in crab boil seasoning and minced garlic; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and place skewers on it. Grill for about 8-10 minutes until shrimp are opaque and sausage is heated through, basting occasionally with garlic butter.
