  • 0.5 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (almond extract can substitute)
  • 1 cup Sweetened Shredded Coconut (can be omitted if desired)
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Pecans or Walnuts (can be swapped with almonds)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine strawberry cake mix, water as per package instructions, and half of the strawberries. Mix until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in white chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  5. Pour half of the batter into a greased 9×13-inch pan; dollop cream cheese mixture on top and then add remaining batter and strawberries.
  6. Bake for approximately 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
