  • 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 4 mushrooms, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a pressure cooker, combine beef bones, onion, ginger, cinnamon stick, star anise, and water. Cook on high for 1.5 hours.
  2. Release pressure naturally for 15 minutes; then strain the broth.
