  • 23 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 23 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons agave or honey
  • 12 teaspoons Aleppo pepper or red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon neutral oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the mangoes into thin pieces. Thinly slice the red bell pepper and onion, then chop the basil and cilantro.
  2. Layer the sliced mango, bell pepper, and onion on a large serving platter. Sprinkle with chopped basil and cilantro.
