  • 3 ounces aged white cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vinaigrette by whisking together honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Gradually add olive oil while whisking until combined.
  2. Slice the nectarine into thin wedges.
  3. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt salted butter. Add nectarine slices and cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
