  • 2736 peanut butter sandwich cookies (such as Nutter Butter or a generic equivalent)
  • 1 ¾ cups milk (divided)
  • 1 box 3.4 ounces instant vanilla or cheesecake pudding mix
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • 1 cup Reese’s Pieces (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cookie base by dipping one-third of the peanut butter cookies in milk and arranging them in an 8×8” baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together 1 ¼ cups of milk with the pudding mix until firm. Stir in peanut butter and half of the whipped topping until combined.
  3. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the cookie layer. Layer another third of dipped cookies on top, followed by the remaining pudding mixture.
  4. Place the last layer of dipped cookies on top, spread remaining whipped topping, and sprinkle with Reese’s Pieces.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
