  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup seasoned rice apple vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 24 teaspoons Sriracha chili sauce (to taste)
  • 1 ½ pounds flank steak

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by zesting and juicing the orange into a mixing bowl. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, ginger, coriander, minced garlic, and Sriracha; whisk until combined.
  2. Slice flank steak into thin strips against the grain. Place in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Ensure all pieces are coated and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes (up to overnight).
  3. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Thread marinated beef onto skewers and cook on the grill for about 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness is achieved.
