  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cup mini vegan marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 8 oz bag Crunchy S'mores M&M's (divided)
  • 2 oz white chocolate (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease or line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, water, and oil; whisk until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in mini vegan marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. After cooling slightly, top with remaining M&M's and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
  7. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
