  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • One 8-ounce can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • Heaping 1/2 cup maraschino cherries (halved)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut flakes
  • Two-thirds of one 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about 1 minute.
  3. Combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs in a bowl; mix until evenly coated.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  5. Layer drained pineapple, halved cherries, white chocolate chips, and shredded coconut on top of the crust.
  6. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over all layers.
  7. Bake for 30 to 34 minutes or until lightly golden brown around edges.
  8. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
