  • 250 g Fusilli Pasta
  • 1 cup Baby Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Gouda Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Turkey slices or turkey pepperoni
  • 3 Spring Onions
  • 3/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup Red Apple Vinegar
  • 2 t Dried Oregano
  • 2 t Garlic Powder
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1/2 t Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the fusilli pasta until al dente in salted boiling water. Drain and cool under cold water.
  2. Chop baby tomatoes, gouda cheese, mozzarella cheese, turkey slices, and spring onions. Combine in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together vegetable oil, red apple vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper for the dressing.
  4. Add cooled pasta to the mixing bowl with other ingredients. Pour dressing over and toss gently.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
