  • 1 approx 15 ounce red velvet cake mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, very soft
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×9” baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In an electric mixer, combine red velvet cake mix, softened butter, and egg until a thick dough forms.
  3. Press about ⅔ of the dough into the bottom of the prepared pan and sprinkle white chocolate chips evenly on top.
  4. Whisk cream cheese until soft, then mix in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Pour over white chocolate chips.
  5. Roll remaining dough into small balls and place them evenly over the filling; flatten slightly.
  6. Bake for 28-30 minutes or until just beginning to brown on top.
  7. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
