  • 2 cups frozen spinach (chopped and thawed)
  • 6 ounces artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ¾ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded, divided)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 can refrigerated seamless crescent dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
  3. Roll out the crescent dough into an 8×12 rectangle and cut it into 24 two-inch squares.
  4. Grease a mini muffin tin and place one square of dough in each slot, pressing down gently to form cups.
  5. Fill each dough cup with a teaspoon of the spinach mixture and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
