  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F.

  3. Pour two cups of water into the bottom of the pan to create steam.
