Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, or blackberries)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup water (or coconut water)
  • 1/3 cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
  3. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until solid.
  4. To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles before gently pulling them out.
