- 3 cups fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, or blackberries)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup water (or coconut water)
- 1/3 cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend (adjust to taste)
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until solid.
- To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles before gently pulling them out.
