  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

  • One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • One 12-ounce can evaporated milk
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream

  2. Beat the egg yolks with half of the sugar until pale. Mix in whole milk and vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt; combine with the wet ingredients.
